We offer a salary of £40,000 — £80,000 (negotiable), plus 0.4% — 0.8% ownership of Daybridge via tax-efficient EMI stock options.

We'll be growing our package of benefits over time. We currently offer:

Flexible working (we're all currently working from home, with occasional days together in).

Salary reviews every six months and whenever we raise more investment.

Are you looking for freelancers or contractors?

We regularly work with contractors and freelancers to support us with smaller projects, mostly in non-engineering roles. We prefer to work with people on a full-time basis so we can offer ownership in the company. However, our priority is to work with the best people regardless of their situation; so are open to freelancers and contractors who only want to work with us on a temporary basis.

Do you offer internships or placements?

While we have no formal internship programme at Daybridge, we'll always consider exceptional candidates with experience working on production systems. We're also happy to meet candidates interested in future roles at Daybridge (e.g. following graduation).

Where are your offices?

We're currently working from home, but have office space in London, UK - near Farringdon station.

Do you hire recent graduates?

We welcome graduates to apply for a role at Daybridge. In your application, you need to demonstrate relevant experience: whether through employment and internships, or through personal projects and contributions to open source.

Can you sponsor visas?

We can't sponsor visas right now. We'll be working on securing a visa sponsorship license in the future.
